About the Georgia Cystic Fibrosis Data Exchange and Warehouse (CFDEW)

CFDEW is a federated, privacy-preserving, cloud-based platform that securely integrates clinical and research data from individuals with CF, non-CF bronchiectasis, and healthy controls. Designed for researchers, trainees, and physician-scientists, CFDEW enables users to explore linked datasets, identify biospecimen cohorts, and leverage integrated data to facilitate collaboration, study planning, and translational research. The platform currently serves Emory University and affiliated institutions across Georgia, with the potential to expand to additional institutions nationwide.
